I was in an accident and had my retina torn from my eye and now lost most of the vision out of that eye due to damaged cones and receptors..just wondering if and when they are doing that clinical trial In Louisville and if i could be an candiate..thanks

Any success is good news but I find it interesting how you define the differences between the embryonic cell studies and the adult stem cell studies. You are quick to point out how the embryonic stem cells led to tumors and and detached retinas while adult stem cells did not. You didn't emphasize, however, that only embryonic stem cells showed potential for restoring vision. Many blind people would consider that true success because they no longer have any vision left to preserve.
