		<description>I agree with the author&#039;s conclusions regarding the so-called &quot;health care&quot; legislation and am pleased to observe his numerous references to the US Constitution. However, I am disappointed by his apparent defense of compulsory military service. Conscription is a gross violation of basic human rights, especially the right to be free of involuntary servitude (slavery) - which is explicitly outlawed by the Thirteenth Amendment. Slavery is never acceptable in any civilised society, for any reason. Please refer to the Thirteenth Amendment.</description>
