I would like to believe that this was truly a pro life victory. However, I am not convinced that the democratic party has suddenly become pro life. They wanted this so called "health care reform" passed at any cost, and went along with an amendment that they intend to remove in conference anyway. Do not believe for one second that any government plan championed by the democrats is going to exclude abortion. I don't mean to pour cold water on the celebration, and appreciate the efforts of those who supported this amendment, but this is reality.
