Of course, any atheist bus ad or billboard is to be allowed.
After all, while this one is pretty generic, most respond to arguments that no one has made and thus are confused and illogical.
During a time of worldwide recession atheists in the US, UK Sweden, etc. are wasting a tremendous amount of donated money not in order to help anyone in any real need but in order to attempt to demonstrate just how clever they consider themselves.
