Playing Hardball with Mainstream America

What do you call an American citizen who objects to one of President Obama’s most radical nominees? “Verbal terrorists,” according to “Hardball’s” Chris Matthews. The MSNBC host, who last night addressed the controversy surrounding Kathleen Sebelius, took a gratuitous swipe at the pro-life community for opposing the Governor’s radical positions. “Is she going to get through the anti-abortion people?” Matthews asked. “Yes. I think she’s going to do that. I mean, verbal terrorism? Yeah, she’ll get through that.”
Give me a break! Educating Americans on Sebelius’s record isn’t “terrorism,” it’s activism, no, it’s realism! As a candidate for one of the most influential posts in Obama’s Cabinet, Sebelius’s public positions matter–particularly if they’re as far outside the mainstream as hers have proven to be. Before Sebelius is confirmed, Americans deserve to know where she stands. They should know that the Kansas governor supports late-term abortions, filthy, roach-infested abortion clinics, government as the final authority on children’s health, the killing of innocent abortion survivors, and socialized medicine. Despite what Chris Matthews believes, standing up for the defenseless and the vulnerable is what public officials are supposed to do. This is just an attempt to shift the focus off the extremism of Sebelius’ record.

Just one more reason I can’t stomach mainstream news media. Matthew’s attempt to come back and predicate his comment with –”verbal terrorism” —falls woefully short to excuse his comment in my book! Had a conservative made this comment in regard to the gay & Lesbian lobby—(or any liberal group)—which CONTINUES to terrorize those religious institutions that supported proposition 8, the call would have went out at the very least for an apology —and mabe even their job!
I heard Christipher Matthews remark. I am a pro-life Democrat. I belong to “Democrats for Life.” I was shocked by Matthews “terriost” statment and wonder who I can write to to ask for an apology.I wonder does he consider thePope a “verbal terriost” Joan Sheridan
PLEASE be advised that we, as citizens of this country, have every RIGHT to question the people that will be placed in positions to represent us. There are definitely questions that need to be addressed regarding the support Sebelius has on abortion and abortion clinics, government making decisions for our health care, and socialized medicine!
What’s going on in Washington anymore? Please refer to the powerful, good, and true words of the PREAMBLE written for the good of the people and DO THE RIGHT THING FOR THE PEOPLE!!

Americans, for the most part, are against murdering babies…that means partial birth abortion. What a woman does with her body is between her, a doctor and God, yes I said God.
As much as liberals want to denounce God Christian principals founded this country.
Americans are wondering why Obama cannot staff a cabinet with anything but tax cheats and why our views and way of life are not being recognized by the officials we elected!
We are watching, we vote and we will unite to defeat radical liberalism in America before it is destroyed. You think Christians are radical, wait until you have to deal with Islamists!!!
