First, rewarding his radical base and supporters with both his nominations for agency heads and deputies as well as his support for SCHIP, the Lilly Ledbedder Act, the Economic Stimulus Bill, rescinding the Mexico City Policy Act, plans to close Gitmo, and increasing federal funding of embryonic stem cell research. He is considering forcing health care providers out of business by denying them the right to practice according to their religious, moral, ethical or personal views.

Secondly, sending America the message that he believes corruption and irresponsibility by individuals has absolutely no moral or ethical relationship to their ideas or the policies they will promote as long as they correspond to his ideas and policies.

Thirdly, as the most anti-life, anti-family politician in our history, he certainly will move to ensure our laws reflect this same hatred of human dignity and human life and thus it is no surprise that he would nominate Hamburg to head the FDA.
