The storm begins when Obama signs FOCA. He said it would be the FIRST thing he would do when inaugurated. Why hasn’t he signed it yet? Beyond the moral issues he faces, he will override the voters of approx. 30 states that emplaced abortion restrictions. Can you say “Trampling States Rights”?

I cannot believe that any sane person would believe in abortion and same sex marriage. Our courts will prosecute a person for killing a baby a few hours old, but will uphold killing a baby parcelly born or a few hours before born. There is no difference. A child killed is a child killed and the doctor and the one having the abortion should be prosecuted.
As far as marrage is concerned, the world has for thousands of years recognized that marriage is for one man and one woman. Why do we want to destroy traditional marriage so some people can commit an immoral act? I cannot believe that this nation wants to go back into complete paganism. I am not sure that God will forgive us for this kind of thinking. Submitted 2-19-09

Icannot believe that a graduate of a Christian College such as Wheaton would uphold abortion to the extent that she has.Is there no belief in the Biblical account of the destruction of the Egyptians by God for destroying their children? It is no wonder that murder,abuse, and kidnapping are the order of the day when there is so little regard for human life and the family.
May God forgive those in leadership for promoting a false way and help them to see the way of blessing that God has promised to those who follow His laws and precepts. We need change in America but the kind that is morally good, not corrupt.

The opening bio information on Ms. Moran indicates BA in politial sience and English from Wheaton College. It should say that she earned her degree from Wheaton College, MA, so as not to be confused with Wheaton College, IL, a leading Christian Liberal Arts College.
