The big three automakers need to do what every business and family does or should do, that is to cut their spending which includes their salaries and the perks that go along with them. In these hard economic times everyone which includes businesses needs to sacrafice. Until Corporations realize that their greed for money is the cause of their problems they will continue to experience finanial troubles.
