Pregnant women who were not married or living with a partner were more likely to have a first-trimester miscarriage than those who were married or living with a partner.

Im not going to read the whole study, so does it propose any causes that can be further investigated?

This being the FRC blog, I cannot resist pointing out that if God is so pro-life He shouldn't have made a reproductive system that goes wrong so easily.

It seems logical to me that married or not, having a stable relationship is a good thing.

I know pregnancy can be extremely stressful if the woman is worried about the care she can provide for her child.

Having a stable relationship reduces the anxiety considerably.

Makes sense to me.
