		<description>Cloning is imprecise - too many sci-fi writers and ignorant reporters have distorted its meaning, and it can refer to several quite distinct procedures. SCNT is very precise though - it means exactly one thing, and its well-agreed what that thing is.

No legal document should ever use such an imprecise term as &#039;cloning&#039; - thats just a lazy legislature writing for the headlines, and leaving it to the courts to clean up their ambiguity. If they want to ban SCNT, then call it SCNT.
